Anna Park (Flutist)

Anna Park is currently a senior at Alameda High School, where she performs with her school’s symphonic band for concerts, events, and state competitions, including CMEA. Anna began playing the flute at age 10 and is a member of both the Berkeley Youth Orchestra and the Berkeley Youth Chamber Orchestra, where she serves as co-principal flutist. She has won first prizes in several competitions, including the Charleston International Music Competition, the Silicon Valley Music Competition, the San Francisco International Innovative Music Competition, the American Classical Young Musician Award Competition, the 2024 Berkeley Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition, where she made her orchestra debut, the Golden Classical Music Awards, where she made her Walt Disney Concert Hall debut, and the 2024 and 2025 American Protégé International Woodwinds Competitions, where she made her Carnegie Hall debut in 2024 and performed a duet with her sister in 2025. Anna has been invited to perform at the Junior Bach Festival, the American Protégé Winners Recital, and the 2024 CASMEC All-State Band. This past summer, she was selected to be a member of the Youth Orchestra Los Angeles National Festival, where she trained with respected coaches and performed under renowned conductor Gustavo Dudamel. Through Tri-Valley Symphonics, she hopes to foster an appreciation for music, encouraging creativity and human connection, to the younger generation that is predisposed to strictly consuming digital entertainment.
